Welcome to the RYLA South Conference Page

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership development program run by Rotary Clubs. RYLA South focuses on high school juniors entering their senior year in September. Students come from 6 Southern New Jersey Counties (Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem).

RYLA South Conference includes a variety of topics. It is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and district leadership where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections with 160 other students your age.

What’s involved?

  • RYLA events are organized locally by Rotary clubs and districts for participants who are juniors entering their senior year in high school in September. RYLA is a retreat, that lasts for 5-day, 4-night at Stockton University and include presentations, activities, and workshops covering a variety of topics.
