For anyone having contact with youth! The Youth Protection Training is done through the Rotary International eLearning Center.
STEP 1:
Here’s how you get to it:
• Go to https://my.rotary.org/en/login
• Login (username is your email address)
• Click on Tab for Knowledge & Resources
• Click on the dropdown for Learning Center
• Search - Youth Protection
• Click on Youth Protection Training | NAYEN
• Click Continue
• Take course
• Once Completed, print a Certificate for yourself
• Email a Certificate to Doreen Goldberg, District Youth Protection officer, at dgoldberg17@verizon.net.

STEP 2:

District 7505 Youth Protection Policy - READ in its entirety!

STEP 3:

District 7505 Rotary Club Annual Resolution - completed annually by all Rotary Clubs in District 7505

STEP 4: Youth Protection Process toward Compliance - review before you complete paperwork

a. Volunteer Application

b. Volunteer Letters of Reference

c. ONE SOURCE information for Volunteer Background Check

e. Volunteer Checklist - include checklist with your paperwork

The Background checks are to be completed annually by all Youth Program volunteers with "Significant Interaction" to youth.
