Welcome to the RYLA  Conference Page

We are very disappointed and extremely sad that this year's RYLA 2020 Conference had to be canceled.  We know many students have been looking forward to this conference since freshman year and maybe even before that.  Our main objective is to keep our students, staff, counselors, and Rotarians safe during this COVID-19 Pandemic.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership development program run by Rotary Clubs. RYLA  focuses on high school juniors that are rising seniors in September. Students come from 9 Central and Southern New Jersey Counties (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, Monmouth, and Salem).

The RYLA Conference includes a variety of topics. It is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and district leadership where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections with other students your age.

What are the benefits?
