Join us for an exciting and informative District Conference on a beautiful beach resort in Ocean City, Maryland on Friday, May 19, 20, 21 2023. Enjoy the newly renovated Ocean City Fontainebleau Resort with its tropical vibe and everything you need to have a fun getaway weekend.
Conveniently located on the beach, the conference is your key to a weekend of Rotary networking, knowledge, fellowship and fun. Imagine an evening on the Resort's beach with a bonfire and smores. You in?
Here's an Overview of our Conference Weekend!
Registration is for a 1½ day Conference per attendee. Conference Registration begins at 3PM and ends at 5PM. Our Welcome and Memorial Service for our deceased Rotarians begins at 6:00PM. Casual Friday begins with a buffet dinner and ends with a Bonfire on the beach with SMORES, and Cocktails on the Beach.
Rise and Shine Breakfast on Saturday morning is from 8:00AM to 9:00AM with Sessions, Voting and Surprises from 9:00AM to 12Noon. Explore Ocean City, Maryland while you enjoy your Saturday afternoon lunch on your own. Saturday Night Gala and Awards begin with Cocktails at 5:00PM, and a sit-down dinner.
Pricing Options:
The registration fee is $325.00 for Rotarians and Rotarian Guests. We now have an option for NON-Rotarian Guests for all meals and the bonfire with smores for $200.00.
Hotel reservations are made by YOU, and are at a special conference rate made directly with the hotel. Our contract requires a 2-night stay for all attendees. Once your registration is submitted, a link is provided in the Confirmation email to make your own hotel reservations.
