URGENT! Need your VOTE - Club President's Elect (Jun 07, 2021)

Voting Ballot for "Current" Club Presidents 2020-2021 only

Good Afternoon Incoming Club Presidents,

There is a change to the date of the District Conference Business Meeting where required voting by Incoming Club Presidents takes place annually this time of year. The new Date is Monday, June 14th at 6:30PM. The document that you will be voting on and acknowledging is attached above and below for your review prior to voting.

Here is the criteria for voting:

Each club in District 7505 is entitled to at least one (1) elector, based on the membership of the club as recorded on the most recent semiannual report (January 2021).

Each elector will be expected to have reviewed the District 7505 Budget for 2021-2022.

Each Club must be represented by its own members.

The following chart below gives you examples of the number of electors a Club is entitled to submit.

Club Members (37 or fewer)...1 elector

Club Members (38 - 62)..........2 electors

Club Members (63 - 87)..........3 electors

Club Members (88 - 112)........4 electors

Club Members (113 -137).......5 electors

Clubs who have more than 1 vote are listed below based on membership numbers from January 2021. Only one unanimous vote is permitted per club.

You MUST list yourself and any additional electors in the voting ballot in the link below. This is a Rotary International requirement.
