Rotary Club Leaders,
OUR CLUB LEADERS:
Club leaders are dedicated and share a passion for both community service and friendship. We are here to help all clubs be successful in the coming year. As we head into the end of this year and through next year, we will communicate with club leaders about leadership training, club support resources, Rotary zone and international news, and important Rotary events and notifications.
For example, a broad range of district training and online resources are available, to help you
- Expand your leadership and professional skills
- Connect with a diverse group of professionals from 73 Rotary clubs over nine counties in Central and Southern New Jersey.
Support you in defining community, member, NJ-area, and international needs.
IDENTIFYING YOUR CLUB LEADERS:
It is that time of year when your District team asks you to identify leadership positions in your Rotary club for the NEW ROTARY YEAR 2023-2024. The Deadline is December 15th for you to get the information to the District.
RI INTEGRATION:
IMPORTANT: Clubs will no longer enter their information directly into the Rotary International Website (rotary.org). With Rotary International Integration, it is no longer necessary. Read below!
If your club does not have a website or does not have RI Integration already set up, then you will need to contact Melanie so she can give you access to the District Website (rotarydistrict7505.org).

Top Right Click "MEMBER LOGIN" > Top Right Click "Member Area" >Click "ORGANIZATION" > Click "CLUB EXECUTIVES and DIRECTORS" (Start editing)

DEADLINE:
The deadline to identify your club leaders is Thursday, December 15th. This shall include club president, president elect, vice president, secretary, and treasurer for the 2023-2024 year.
YOUR WEBSITE PROFILE PAGE:
Each leader’s website profile page must contain a valid email address, a home or business address, and a cell phone number. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Melanie (office@rotarydistrict7505.org) or me (tkozempel@verizon.net).
SAVE THE DATES:
With Pre-PETS (February 4, 2023) and MA PETS (February 24-25, 2023) training is fast approaching, we need you to enter your club's leadership information as soon as possible.
