Good Afternoon Immediate Past Rotary Club Presidents,

     As the Immediate Past Club President, you are required to vote on the Fiscal Year End Financials 6-30-2023 for IPDG Michael Thompson, DG 2022-2023. This is a Rotary International requirement!
   
Voting on Fiscal Year End Financials
Requirement:  As the Immediate Past Club President (2023-2024), you are required to vote on the Fiscal Year End Financials for Michael Thompson's term as Governor (2022-2023).

Deadline Reminder:  Deadline for voting is on Thursday, July 25, 2024 by 5:00PM.

Criteria for Voting: 
Elector Entitlement: Each club in District 7505 is entitled to at least one (1) elector based on the club membership recorded in the January 2024 semiannual report. 

Review Requirement: Each elector must review the District 7505 Fiscal Year End Financials for 2022-2023. 

Representation: Each club must be represented by its own members. 

Unanimous Vote: If your club is allocated additional electors, only one unanimous vote is permitted per club. 

Elector Allocation:
37 or fewer members: 1 elector
38 - 62 members: 2 electors
63 - 87 members: 3 electors
88 - 112 members: 4 electors
113 - 137 members: 5 electors

Clubs with Additional Electors (based on January 2024 membership) are as outlined below:
Asbury Park: 3 electors
Barnegat: 2 electors
Forked River: 2 electors
Haddonfield: 4 electors
Long Branch: 2 electors
Medford Vincentown: 2 electors
Moorestown Breakfast: 2 electors
Moorestown: 3 electors
Mount Holly: 2 electors
Pennsville: 2 electors
Vineland: 3 electors
Washington Township: 2 electors

Action Required: List yourself and any additional electors on the voting ballot via the provided link. This is a Rotary International requirement.
