President Elect Training - Fee Reimbursement
Good Afternoon Club Presidents, President's Elect, Secretaries, and Treasurers,
Your District  Leadership is always trying to help their clubs succeed. The Finance Committee has made great strides in finding the funds to give back. As you all know, we have waived our District Club Dues for the half billing (January 2021 to June 2021), and are offering a "Special" District Grant of $1,000 max. to clubs who want to further help their communities. President Elect Training (PETS)

Additionally, the new PETS fee has been addressed and has now decreased from $475.00 to $425.00 starting with the July 2021 invoice.
Because PETS 2021 was totally virtual, the fee per President Elect was only $75.00.  Now that we know there are no additional fees post-PETS, we are returning the $400.00 not spent, back to our clubs. 

Here's where we need your help

We need your input in knowing how you would like the funds.  We can either give you a refund in May in the form of a $400.00 check, or give you a credit of $400.00 in your July Invoice for the PETS fee, leaving a balance due of $25.00.
